Lysta Reardon
Lysta is a YMCA trained fitness instructor and has been teaching in the fitness industry since 1989. After attending regular Pilates classes as a client starting in 2004 lysta realised that this whole body exercise method would be a valuable addition to her repertoire and qualified as a clinical Pilates instructor 18 months later. Lystas area of further specialisation is in ante and post natal Pilates (and exercise in general) and has served the Chiswick community in this regard for many years. Preparation of the body for childbirth and returning it to pre pregnancy condition takes skill and planning. Pilates plays a big part in that process.

Flavia di Tomassi
I started practicing Pilates in 2014 after a friend of mine could not stop praising it – to the point that I wanted to see by myself what the hype was all about. I was a gymnast as a kid, and I have been a movement curious all my life. Gyms have seen me coming and going, always looking for some sort of meaningful, disciplined movement that would resemble the approach we were used to have in gymnastics. This is what really hooked me with Pilates: its focus on the quality of the movement, which improves with practice and widens the opportunities available to each and every one of us. I believe in movement as an experience, rather than a sequence of exercises, and this is what I would like to offer you.
After my mat work and equipment qualifications, I wanted to be able to support specific populations’ needs, so I qualified for Pre and Post Natal Pilates, I attended a course for Hypermobile and EDHS syndrome and as a Stroke rehab specialist.
Over the years, I discovered Trigger Point Pilates™, which blends Pilates with the principles of Myofascial release, and I focused on the Pelvic Floor and Orthopaedic restorative work.
I am a Biomechanic Coach and I can count a Boxercise instructor qualifications amongst a few other non Pilates disciplines that I decided to add to my list, along with Aqua Fitness ( I have to admit, that was more for the opportunity of playing random 80s music loud) and Barre Fitness.

Adrienn
I am Adrienn a Dance Artist and STOTT trained Pilates Teacher. Since I was a child I loved moving and creating movements. This introduced me into dancing. I started as a Classical Ballet dancer than very early I started to learn Contemporary Dance.
I studied at Toronto Dance School, The Place and now I'm at Trinity Laban Dance Conservatoire finishing my MA. I am specializing in inclusive dance, teaching people to move/dance who have any neurological issues, suffering from brain injuries, Stroke, Parkinson, MS.
Pilates was part of my training regime since early childhood. We used it as rehabilitation, strengthening or recovering after performances. The well-composed exercises helped me to re-build my body not just physically but mentally as well. I really felt the benefit of Pilates and for this reason finished the training course with STOTT Pilates.
I have a holistic approach towards the body, often using Pilates as a rehabilitation, where the body represents itself, even if the problems appears in one area. The body gives signals, it moves in a certain way giving away the sign of imbalance what could be mental or physical.
As a Pilates Teacher I have the responsibility to recognize this and help my client through his/her journey using Joseph Pilates exercise repertoire.
I am Pre and Post Natal trained and specialized in Diastasis Recti in all population. Trained in Parkinson and Pilates as well.
