I have done sessions with both Lysta and Graeme.
There is always a warm welcome and catch up with how your body is doing. Then on to a range of exercises that will incorporate any specific medical or muscular needs you may have. There is always a good variety to the exercises so no chance of getting bored- I go 2-3 times per week and will always do something new. It is great to feel and see the results of hard work in the sessions. If Lysta asks if you are feeling it - always say Yes! Otherwise you really are in for it! Love it at Studio 17. Lysta's many years of experience of pilates are evident in every reformer class she teaches. Warm, personable and professional, she adapts each exercise to fit my personal goals, whilst still progressing and stretching me each session. I leave feeling refreshed and more supple every time - I think it's a perfect class to complement cardio exercise or to maintain flexibility and strengthen the core. She's a great teacher.
